Virtanen v. O’Connell (2006)140 Cal.App.4th 688

Obtained a preliminary injunction against Burstein Technologies, Inc. and its counsel, Parker, Milliken, preventing transfer of stock owned by Jorma Virtanen, a former Burstein scientist.  The Court of Appeal adopted Mr. Tyler’s novel legal theory of conversion and held that Parker, Millikan had acted as a de facto escrow agent and converted the stock certificates rolex replica when it refused to return them pursuant to Mr. Tyler’s instructions.
