ConsumerAdvocacy Group, Inc. v. Kintetsu Enterprises of America (2007) 150 Cal.App. 4^th 953

Successfully defended Sunstone Hotel Properties in an appeal from a dismissal of a Proposition 65 case.  The plaintiff alleged Sunstone and other hotel defendants had failed to post the required Proposition 65 notices alerting patrons of potentially toxic substances in their hotels.  In a published opinion, the Court of Appeal upheld the dismissal of the claims against Sunstone, while reversing as to some of the other hotel defendants.
