Heathorn v. USF&G (Cal. Sup. Ct., Los Angeles County)

Tried a complex seven-week jury trial involving claims against a construction bonding company.  The jury returned a partial verdict in favor of the client in the sum of $1.6 million, and also returned a unanimous defense verdict against the bonding company’s cross-complaint for indemnity replica watches.
